THE SNOWDROP

Snowdrops are one of my favourite flowers, they are one of the first signs that spring is on the way and that the world is slowly waking up from hibernation (me included, I have been a little quiet the last few months taking some hygge time for myself). But Spring and sunnier days are finally here and it’s time to get going again.

Seeing Snowdrops pop up brings me a sense of joy and takes me back to walks in Denmark with my Mormon (Grandma) who would always find snowdrops to pick and pop in little bud vases around their home in Copenhagen. A cosy hygge activity that I now cherish as a fond memory each year.

This is the reason that a Snowdrop features in Hugligs branding, they are such magical little flowers that create their own warmth to grow even in the coldest snowiest conditions. Looking for moments of warmth, joy and comfort is what Huglig is all about and therefore Snowdrops are the perfect little flower for us.
